Background:

    
In the production of organic and inorganic chemical products, a large amount of wastewater containing

salt is generated. This water transforms into solid crystals after evaporation and concentration. These

crystalline salts contain a mass of organic and inorganic impurities that cannot be utilized as industrial raw

materials. The long-term accumulation of these salts will occupy numerous lands and cause serious pollution

and destruction to the ecological environment.

    
Brief introduction:


     A large amount of organic waste or industrial sludge (or greasy filth) is produced from the production and

waste treatment processes in chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries. These hazardous

organic substances need to be deposited and disposed of in accordance with relevant regulations.

Incineration or high temperature pyrolysis are two common methods for the safe treatment of these

substances.


Research and development background:


     Our company conducts research and development on techniques and devices related to low-temperature

oxygen-free carbonization. The core component of our system is the oxygen-free carbonization and pyrolysis

furnace, where organic materials undergo pyrolysis and carbonization in an environment with little or no

oxygen. The resulting off-gas is discharged after undergoing appropriate treatment.
