Composite vibrating fluizided bed dryer is a patented new product, remedying some drawbacks of the regular vibrating fluidized bed dryer, such as material leaking and material returning.
Working principle:
Feed enters the dryer at the inlet, contacts with the hot air that enters from the distribution plate of the fluidized bed, moves forward under the continuous vibration. The dehydrated feed is discharged at the outlet. Meanwhile, the material drops through the holes on the distribution plate. moving forward on the inclined stock guide, discharged at the outlet. A suitable structure is applied to avoid returning or ejecting the feed.
Performance & features:
1. There is no leaking and returning of the material, so that the production capacity is 30% higher than the general vibrating fluidized bed.
2. The feed is fluidized evenly, resulting in a smaller breakage of the granule.
3. Drying and cooling is achievable on a single fluidized bed.
4. Low-noise and contamination-free convenient operation.
5. Good sealing property.
Basic configuration of the system:
The vibrating fluidization dehydration system consists of a vibrating fluidized bed, an air heater, and an exhaust recovery device. The primary parameters of the vibration fluidized bed are bed area and drying intensity. The former ranges from 0.9 to 18 m2, the latter ranges from 20-1200 kgH20/h. Material drying duration, otherwise, is 3 - 120 minutes. The fluidized bed and tank can be divided into two types: integrated or split. The split type is mainly applied to large fluidized bed to reduce the consumption of power for vibration, and the temperature of the fluidized bed ranges from 15 to 600 degrees Celsius.
