White Carbon Black Calciner:

Introduction:

   White carbon black is a white powdery substance with porosity, and its chemical formula is SiO2-nH2O. The wet

feed of white carbon black has a high water content, but it requires a low final water content. However, conveying

the wet feed is inconvenient due to its low mass and granularity, which makes dehydration difficult. Our company

has supplied dehydration systems to dozens of domestic white carbon black manufacturers and gained rich

experience in this field.


Titanium dioxide dryer:

Introduction:

     The heated air passes through the swirler at the bottom of Sid dryer and then enters the drying chamber

tangentially, forming a high-speed swirling upstream. The screw feeder conveys titanium dioxide filter cakes into

the drying chamber, where they undergo quick heat and mass transfer, being crushed, dispersed, boiled, and

dehydrated in the high-speed swirling upstream together with stirring from the blender at the bottom of the

drying chamber. The airflow carries away the dehydrated and qualified material to be collected as dried product at

the top outlet of the dryer. Oversized or highly humid materials are intercepted by a conical plate set on the

upper part of the drying chamber and rebounded back to undergo subsequent dehydration until carried out

through an outlet by airflow. The purified tail gases are expelled into the atmosphere by a high-pressure draft fan.
