Product Description

Brief introduction:
    
     The hot blast stove is an indirect air heating equipment that can be used for drying, heating, and heat

preservation. Its thermal efficiency is much higher than that of steam indirect heating. Our company first

fabricated the Hot Blast Stove in 1990 and obtained a patent for it. Currently, there are over 400 sets of

stoves being used as heat sources for various material dehydration devices, large room hot-blast heating,

and low-temperature kiln heat preservation.

Working principle:

     The combustion chamber and heat exchange chamber have a circular structure and can be either

machine-burned or hand-burned. The heat exchange chamber comprises a furnace pipe and a loop jacket,

with hot air entering through the air intake. After undergoing multiple indirect heat transfers between the

furnace pipe, jacket, and flue gas, the hot air is expelled through an air outlet while the flue gas is drawn out

by a flue gas fan.

Performance & features:

1. The tips of the internal tubes in the heat exchanger are made from refractory materials.

2. There is no contact between flue gas and hot air, resulting in a thermal efficiency that can reach 75-80 percent.

3. The outlet temperature of the hot air ranges from 150 to 300 degrees Celsius.

4. The off-gas produced by the machine-burned furnace meets environmental protection standards, and a higher temperature zone of 350-500 degrees Celsius can be achieved with special refractory materials.

5. A single unit's heat output ranges from 100,000 to 6,000,000 kcal/hour, while its flow rate ranges from 600 to 80,000 cubic meters per hour.

6. Fuel options include coal, oil (heavy oil, diesel, residual oil), gas (natural gas, liquefied gas or coal gas), as well as gas mixtures.
