Product Description

Brief introduction:

     The fluidization calciner facilitates the flow of material within the fluidized bed by utilizing high

temperature air. The process of calcination is carried out in a sequential manner through fluidization.


Working principle:

     The fluidized bed is an airtight system that consists of a fluidizing chamber, a fluidizing hole plate, a high-

temperature air chamber, and a base. The choice of wall material for the fluidized chamber and other

sections depends on the temperature and properties of the calcining material. The high-temperature air is

used to heat the material flowing inside the fluidized chamber, and after continuous fluidization

process, the qualified material is discharged through an outlet hole.


Performance & features:
 

1. The operation can be either intermittent or continuous, ensuring even heating of the material.


2. Accurate temperature control of the material is achieved.


3. An enclosed system prevents contamination.


4. The operating temperature can reach up to 1000 degrees Celsius.


5. Hot air for calcining may be direct or indirect heat-exchange air, with the latter having a temperature higher than 750 degrees Celsius.


6. Gas, liquid, or fire coal may be used as fuel.
